A durable, technical synthetic textile upper incorporates a waterproof membrane for enhanced durability. Lateral side, ankle, and toe box areas feature thermowelded construction for additional durability. A waterproof membrane layer between the upper and lining ensures proven performance in difficult weather conditions. The boot's shaping provides long-lasting comfort and incorporates an ergonomic toe box construction for superior feel when operating the bike's controls.

The streamlined design includes a front bellow with a stitchless construction and lightweight, thin textile underneath. A rear bellow on the back allows for flex while maintaining the boot's structural rigidity. A thin but durable real rubber layer is glued on as a shift pad, minimizing material volume, weight, and toe profile.

A dual closure system offers adjustability and an optimized fit, with an adjustable hook-and-loop closure on the lateral ankle plus a hook-and-loop flap on the upper. The upper closure flap features a grip detail for ease of use, even with gloved hands. Weight-saving and impact protection are provided by a hot-melt reinforcement on the shin plate.

Comprehensive ankle protection is achieved through dual-density ankle protectors on the medial and lateral sides, reinforced with poly foam padding for protection and comfort. Internal toe box and heel counter protection, layered under the upper, enhances durability, feel, and performance. The contoured, high-modulus midsole follows the shape of the foot and incorporates a structured shank reinforcement.

A removable anatomic footbed with EVA foam and textile provides memory and comfort. The exclusive Alpinestars vulcanized compound rubber sole, designed with a unique sidewrapping, is built to withstand the demands of life on the road. Comfort padding envelopes the ankle area for a secure and comfortable fit.
