The Pedals & Toe Cage Adapters, in particular, are designed for riding with or without bicycle clipless shoes. With a 9/16" CNC machined Cr-Mo axle and a die-cast aluminum body, these pedals feature LSL bushing and sealed bearings, as well as dual-sided Cr-Mo binding with tension adjustability (80~140kgf.cm).

Included in the package are Shimano SPD Type Cleats SC-C01F, measuring 105 x 66 mm (4.13 x 2.6 inches). These pedals offer a single-direction release, so it's important to practice how to release off the pedals before riding.

The sealed bearings on the axle provide better performance than traditional ball bearings, making these pedals suitable for both clipless and casual riding. With a weight of 368 g/pair (0.81 lbs without cleats), they offer a dual function that allows riders to efficiently transfer energy to the pedals when using clipless shoes, as well as providing a comfortable platform for casual riding.

Please note that these pedals should not be used on indoor exercise bikes, as they require extra heavy-duty pedals.
